The Tale of Two Piles of Trash



In my walk through Detroit's Warrendale neighborhood today, I talk about two different piles of trash that I found along the way and how the difference between them says a lot about the current state of Detroit.

One other problem these piles of trash pose: the impression of lawlessness. Criminals and their ilk get the impression that Detroit is like the wild west. If city doesn't come down on something like this, how can they be expected to protect our city from crime?
