M-39 Concepts

The Michigan Department of Transportation will host their second in a series of community workshops on the Southfield Freeway later this month. It will happen on Wednesday, April 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Renaissance High School (6565 W. Outer Dr.). Parking will be available in the student lot.

This is not confined to the Warrendale neighborhood. However, since the Southfield Freeway bisects Warrendale, I believe it is of the importance of ensuring a good plan for the freeway is paramount.

Results from the first workshop's brainstorming activity will serve as the basis for mixing and matching ideas. Everyone is invited to attend, even if you weren't able to attend the first workshop.
