Construction Moves Along

It looks like they're making some impressive progress on the W. Warren Avenue bridge over the Southfield Fwy. I'm impressed with how fast this one is moving along when you consider all that has to be done - demolish the old bridge, build a new one - all without closing down the freeway.

They'll next move a half-mile south to the Paul bridge over the freeway. That one seriously needs to be rebuilt.

Has anyone else noticed that the dregs (hookers, pan handlers) seem to be fewer in number now that the bridge is closed?

I hope it stays this way for a while, so they can get aclimated to new neighborhoods, maybe Livonia or Ferndale would be nice for them? More cars too!
